With more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Julie joined Cominar in 2019 as Director, Office Leasing.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESG UQAM, along with certificates in Entrepreneurship, Real Estate and Administration, Julie is recognized for her versatility, strong business acumen and collaborative leadership style.

Prior to joining Cominar, she held several commercial leasing roles with Forum Group, Realterm and Westcliff Management, where she developed an in-depth understanding of the Montréal market.

Her career also includes international experience in Dubai, where she contributed to the opening of Fairmont The Palm and held various management positions within the hospitality industry.

Known for her people-focused approach, team-oriented mindset and ability to build lasting relationships based on trust, Julie leverages her expertise and strategic vision to create value for clients and contribute to the performance and growth of Cominar’s real estate portfolio.
